Dilip Pattanayak

Mr. Dilip Pattanayak is the President – Group Human Resources at the RP–Sanjiv Goenka Group. He brings nearly three decades of rich experience in human resources leadership, having held senior roles at leading organizations including JSW Group, Reliance Industries Limited, Vedanta Limited, Hindustan Zinc, Larsen & Toubro, and Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited. Prior to joining the RP–Sanjiv Goenka Group, he served as President and Group CHRO at JSW Group, where he led key initiatives in strategic HR, change management, and organizational development. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Utkal University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Honours) from Sambalpur University.
