Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote pathological services and drive customer acquisition.
- Promote the growth of the laboratory's services by attaining new market leads, maintaining, and increasing existing sales.
- Identifying and establishing new business, lead generation, doctor meetings, business development & negotiating contract.
- Generating new business.
- Generate and analyze information to identify new market and customers, marketing campaign and strategies.
- Conduct market research, sales forecast and strategic planning to assess and enforce the sale.
- Conduct field based sales activities directed to diagnostics professionals such as doctors, pathologists, clinical laboratory and laboratory supervisors.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the pathology or medical industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Minimum 10 years experience required in Marketing profile preferably from Diagnostics industry.
