Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining of patient files as per MRD guidelines.
• Organize and plan visits to homes and committees to administer and develop home care facility of the hospital. 
• Inform the patients about the hospital core facility and therapy information.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6-8 years experience required in similar profile.
•  Strong people management skills with exceptional organisation, planning and administration skills.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc)
• Excellent inter personal skills.
