Roles & Responsibilities: - Can prepare the bill of quantity (BOQ) of any jobs and it will float with purchase team to arrange quotes
- Have the knowledge of maintain the store properly
- Plans and directs civil engineering projects.
- Analyzes reports, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data to plan.
- Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering and advanced mathematics.
- Inspects construction sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction and safety standards.
- Take measurement, and calculate the cost of the work order.
- Check bill of the contractor.
- Direct construction and maintenance activities like painting, carpentry & plumbing system.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Knowledge in AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE is mandatory.
